Agentgates MCP

This is the Agentgates Agent Wallet MCP server. It speaks Model Context Protocol over OAuth 2.1 + Dynamic Client Registration + PKCE. Paired AI agents use it to read wallet state and (in later phases) propose wallet operations that the human approves out-of-band.
